Let Only Service - 5% plus VAT

Our Let Only service means that we will value, market and find tenants for your property. We will vet and reference them and organise everything necessary for the start of the tenancy. Once the tenancy begins we will then hand over to the landlord to take over in managing the property. Please note, deposit protection is not included in this service.

Fully Managed Service - 8% plus VAT

The Fully Managed service offers everything included in the Let Only service, but benefits from deposit protection, inspections and our team ensuring that the tenancy is managed (whether it be with maintenance or contract issues) throughout.

  • Additional Property Visits - £66.00 per visit plus VAT
  • Landlord Regulation Checks Includes; HMO Licence monitoring, Deposit/Deposit Replacement Service, Service of Notices, Legislative Horizon Scanning, Checking Smoke and CO Alarms at commencement of tenancy - £11.40 pcm plus VAT
  • HMO Licence Application(excludes cost of licence and any risk assessment or other documentation required to grant the licence) - £240.00 plus VAT
  • Right to Rent Re-Checks - £120.00 plus VAT
  • Formulating Deposit Adjudication Claim - £240.00 plus VAT
  • NICEIC (Electrical Certificate) - £140.00 plus VAT
